When you select a contractor, you fund the job via ACH bank transfer. The money is held in escrow and only released once you confirm the work is complete. A 2.5% service fee applies. Minimum job size is $1,500.

Don't confirm completion. Use the "Flag a Dispute" option on your job page and describe the issue. Funds remain held in escrow while we work through it with both parties. We'll be in touch within 24 hours to start the resolution process.

Yes — after a completed job, your contractor stays in your network. When you post your next job, you can request them directly. Contractors who do great work build lasting operator relationships on TraydGate — that's by design.

Every contractor on TraydGate is manually reviewed before they can accept a single job. We verify their Florida state license is active, confirm they carry valid insurance, and review their business background and reputation. Once on the platform, every job they complete is tracked, rated, and scored — contractors who underperform don't stay on the platform.

A 2.5% service fee is applied to each job posted through TraydGate. This covers payment processing, contractor matching, milestone tracking, and platform support. There are no sign-up fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. You see the service fee before you confirm any job.
